Liatris Designs is a branding and product design studio offering physical products through our online store, as well as custom design services for clients. We are based in Colorado, United States and can be reached at liatrisdesign@gmail.com.

2. Use of This Website

By using liatrisdesigns.com, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this site without our permission

  • Use the site to transmit spam or any harmful or offensive content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website for anyone who violates these terms.

3. Products and Pricing

All products listed in our store are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or adjust pricing at any time without prior notice. Prices are listed in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

We make every effort to display product descriptions and images accurately, but we do not guarantee that all descriptions are error-free. If a product you receive is significantly different from its description, please contact us.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. Liatris Designs does not store your full payment card details.

5. Shipping

We ship physical products within the United States. Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Liatris Designs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at liatrisdesign@gmail.com and we will work with you to find a resolution.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at liatrisdesign@gmail.com with your order details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Items that are damaged due to customer misuse, or items returned after 30 days, are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

7. Custom Design Services

In addition to our store, Liatris Designs offers custom branding and design work for clients. Custom project terms — including scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment schedule — will be outlined in a separate project agreement between you and Liatris Designs. In the event of any conflict between a project agreement and these Terms & Conditions, the project agreement will govern.

Ownership of custom work

Upon receipt of full payment for a custom project, ownership of the final deliverables is shared between the client and Liatris Designs. This means:

  • The client receives full rights to use the final designs for their business purposes, including commercial use

  • Liatris Designs retains the right to display the work in our portfolio, on our website, and in promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Neither party may resell the final deliverables to a third party without written consent from the other

All preliminary concepts, drafts, and unused design directions remain the sole property of Liatris Designs.

8. Intellectual Property — Store Products

All artwork, designs, graphics, and content available through the Liatris Designs store are original works created by Liatris Designs and are protected by copyright. Purchase of a product grants you ownership of the physical item only. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute the underlying designs for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liatris Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Colorado.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or store after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
